Wake up to the sound of Atlantic waves — your private bungalow sits on the rocks between Playa del Águila and Playa del Pirata, a small, clean, and pretty solitary beach that becomes a surprisingly big one when the tide is low, when it unites with the Playa Besudo.
It feels like a ship, but without the rocking
There is no rocking of a ship because this one actually sits on a solid peace of rock. Yeah, the beach is just a couple of stairs away. You get there in less than a minute through your private tropical entrance. On the other hand — on the middle terrace, sitting next to the railing, it very much feels like you are already there.

Three terraces shielded by a tropical garden
A private oceanfront bungalow between two beaches — with three terraces, tropical garden, BBQ, and a shared pool. The Atlantic is just a couple of stairs below you.

275 Metres of Beach
When the tide is low, "your" beach, the Playa del Pirata, and the Playa Besudo from where this photo was taken, melt together. On Google maps we measured 275 metres from one end to the other. They are also connected by the "paseo marítimo" which shall take you back to your paradise bungalow, should you forget time at the far side of the bay.
La playa del pirata — keep it secret, please.
Playa del Pirata, as you may have guessed, means Pirate Beach, in Spanish. Maybe that is why they built a bunker there. We honestly do not know. Please share intel if you can, we'll add that here, then. When the tide is highest, the "pirate's beach" becomes cosy, consisting of just a few small, round, comfy stones. At that moment, the waves have more energy, perfect if you want to do some bodyboarding. If you prefer playing football, have lunch and come back.
Only the mussels live closer to the sea.
A stairway that takes you to the beach and back up to the bungalow in no time should you forget something.
But then — why bother? "Mom, could you throw the ball down?" This is the only bungalow in the amazing Residencia Roca del Mar that allows for this special air service you witness in the instagram video.
