6. Booking System and Forms
When you make a reservation through the booking system on this website
or use a contact form, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address,
travel dates, number of guests, phone number) will be processed to
handle your booking or inquiry.
This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a
contract or pre-contractual measures). The data is processed and stored
via the Lodgify platform.
7. Contact via Email, Phone, or Messenger
When you contact me via email, phone, or messenger services (e.g.
WhatsApp), the data you provide (e.g. name, message content, phone
number) will be processed to handle your inquiry.
This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry
relates to a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in
efficiently handling inquiries).
When using WhatsApp, the privacy policies of WhatsApp Ireland Limited
also apply. Please note that the use of WhatsApp may involve data
transfers to Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA).
8. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the
respective processing purpose or as required by statutory retention
obligations. Once the purpose no longer applies, the data will be
